Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

1.1 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

3.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at support@shopmaxwells.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

4. Exceptions

4.1 The following items are non-returnable:

    • Items marked as final sale or clearance
    • Personalized or customized items
    • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
    • Intimate or sanitary goods (such as underwear or face masks)

4.3 Seasonal holiday products have a specific return period of 30 days OR BEFORE December 8th, whichever comes first. NO returns, refunds, or exchanges for seasonal holiday products will be made on or after December 8th.

4.2 Some items may have return limitations or restrictions. Please review the product description carefully before making a purchase.

 

5. Exchanges

5.1 If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team at support@shopmaxwells.com to arrange for an exchange.

5.2 Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s) in accordance with our refund policy.


6. Refunds

6.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6.2 If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

6.3 If your return is rejected, we will provide you with the reason for rejection and return the item(s) to you, at your expense.


7. Return Process

7.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@shopmaxwells.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

7.2 Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

7.3 Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged and include the return authorization number on the package.
